Editorial Policy
Harlixa Editorial Standards — the principles behind every guide, review, and comparison we publish.

Who writes Harlixa content
Content is published under the name “Harlixa Editorial Team.” This is a byline for the publication, not a claim that Harlixa has a large staff, a legal department, or a dedicated fact-checking department. Verified details about contributors will be added to our About page when available.
Accuracy and fact-checking
Before publishing, we check factual statements — especially product features, plan names, and pricing — against the most authoritative source available. When we can't verify something, we either leave it out or label it clearly as “needs verification.” We would rather publish less than publish something we can't support.
Official documentation and credible sources
- Vendor websites, help centers, documentation, and pricing pages for product claims
- Primary government sources (for example, the FTC (opens in a new tab)) for legal and regulatory references
- Reputable, clearly attributed secondary sources where primary sources aren't available
Reviews and comparisons list their main sources so readers can check them.
Separating facts, estimates, and opinions
| Type | How we present it |
|---|---|
| Verified fact | Stated plainly, with a source where relevant |
| Estimate or example | Labeled as an example, hypothetical, or approximation |
| Editorial analysis | Framed as our assessment (for example, “Editorial analysis:” or “may suit”) |
| Unverified claim | Marked “needs verification” or omitted |
Balanced benefits and limitations
Every software review and comparison includes meaningful potential limitations and notes who might prefer an alternative. We avoid declaring a universal “best” tool, because the right choice depends on the reader's needs.
Research-based vs. hands-on reviews
Each review states which method was used. We never describe documentation-based research as hands-on testing. See our Review Methodology.
No fake reviews or fabricated testimonials
- We don't publish fake testimonials, invented reviewer profiles, or made-up customer quotes.
- We don't write first-person claims of use (such as “I used this for six months”) unless they're true and documented.
- We don't publish numerical ratings without a published, consistently applied rubric.
- We don't guarantee results such as revenue, deliverability, or rankings.
Transparent commercial relationships
Harlixa does not currently have an active affiliate or sponsorship relationship with any company covered on this site. If that changes, we'll disclose it near the relevant links and recommendations, not only in the footer. Commercial relationships don't determine our editorial conclusions. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Respect for intellectual property
We write original content and create original illustrations. We don't copy vendor interfaces, logos, or text to make our site look official. Product names are used only to identify the products discussed.
Periodic review of time-sensitive information
Software changes often. Reviews display a “last reviewed” and “pricing verified” status, and we aim to recheck time-sensitive details periodically. Readers should always confirm current details on the vendor's official website before purchasing.
Corrections
If you spot an error, contact us through our Contact page and choose “Correction or Feedback.” We review reports and correct material errors. Where a correction changes a conclusion, we'll note it in the article.
